Prudence

The Prudence is the plan for those who want the 3rd bedroom and a jack and jill type bathroom.  The Living Kitchen Dining space is nice and open with natural light and a fireplace with built-ins. The Primary bathroom and closet are spacious and offer ample space.  The outdoor living is accessible from the Dining room to the back of the house.
